Commemorating October 7th with our Community

6:00 pm — 8:00 pm

Jefferson Performing Arts Center

We invite you to join the Jewish Federation of Greater New Orleans, National Council of Jewish Women, GNO and our entire community as we commemorate the one-year anniversary of the October 7th attack on Israel.
The story of the Jewish people is one of overcoming adversity, fighting back against impossible odds, and emerging stronger on the other side. By coming together to pay tribute to the unexpected heroes of October 7th, we express our heartfelt and unwavering solidarity with the Jewish people.
On this day of reflection, we convene alongside our long-standing multicultural allies, interfaith and community leaders, and elected officials to reflect on resilience and look forward with hope.
This commemoration will include moving art exhibits by local artist, Billie Little, and Faces of October 7th, along with musical performances and speakers.
Safety measures will be in place and security personnel will be present.
